1. I had the benefit of seeing and hearing all the witnesses who testified in this matter.
2. One of them, who alleged to have been at the scene, allegedly saw the accused participate actively in the assault of the deceased.
3. I find that a prima facie case has been established against the deceased, requiring that he be placed on his defence, for he has a case to answer.
4. The defence hearing shall be conducted on 9th March 2026.
