I have carefully considered the bail application made by the accused person in the light of the Pre Bail Report filed herein. It is significant that this case is related to Homa Bay HCCRC No. E001 of 2026 in which the court has made a Ruling on bail. It is also noteworthy that in the Pre Bail Report filed herein, the other case is mentioned and a connection made between this accused person and the 2nd accused person in case No. E001 of 2026.
In the circumstances the accused person’s bond application is hereby allowed on similar terms as the terms set in HCCRC No. E001of 2026, namely:
1) That he be released on bond of Kshs. 3 million with 2 sureties standing for him in like sum.
2) The accused is hereby prohibited from contacting any of the prosecution witnesses or relatives of the deceased persons named in the Information Sheet herein.
3) The accused person to keep peace and refrain from any acts of violence pending the hearing and determination of this case.
4) The accused person will henceforth report monthly to Oyugis Police Station on the last Friday of every month until further orders of the court.
