Upon perusal of the Certificate of urgency and the Affidavit filed by the Exparte Applicant on 22.8.23,as read alongside the Gazette Notice dated 3.8.23,this court is persuaded that there is a need to preserve the suit property as a result of which an order shall issue to the effect that the leave granted on 31.7.23 do operate as a stay pending the hearing and determination of the Application.
