REPUBLIC AND LUCY WANJIRU NJOKA VS THE COUNTY LAND REGISTRAR

Teresia Njeri  Njoka, Margaret  Damat and Lucy Wanjiru  Njoka  seek orders that  they be enjoined  in this matter as the interested parties  and be granted leave to participate  and to be heard in those proceedings in their capacity  as the legal representative of the estate of Philip Njoka Kamau (deceased) who is the substitute Original owner of  the suit land herein. The application is not opposed. This court finds that the applicants have satisfied the legal basis for joinder as an interested party. The applicant have demonstrated a recognizable stake in the matter being the joint administratrixes  and legal representatives of the estate of Philip Njoka Kamau via a grant of the letter of administration intestate dated 18th October 2023. The application is allowed accordingly. The interested parties to file a joint affidavit within 10 days. Matter to be heard inter- partes on 6th May 2025.
