I have read the applicant's application dated 26 January 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. This is a commercial dispute whose resolution, in my humble opinion, largely rests on the contract executed between the parties. I, therefore, direct that this matter be transferred to the Commercial and Tax Division of this Honourable Court for disposal or for such orders or directions as the Presiding Judge in the Division will deem appropriate to make. It is so ordered.
