Upon considering application dated 13.5.24 filed by M/s Omwenga & Co Advocates exparte , i am satisfied that the applicant is has met the threathold for grant od the following orders :

2. interim stay of execution of the judgment of in Etago civil Suit no. 33 of 2023 is granted on condition that the entire decretal sum is deposited in court within 14 days from today .
