' I have perused the chamber summons dated 08 th October, 2025 filed under certificate of urgency. I find no urgency involved. I decline to certify it as urgent.
That aside, I observe that the Chamber Summons, Certificate of Urgency and Statutory Statement all dated 8/10/2025 are not signed hence, no authentication or ownership of the pleadings. Only the verifying affidavit is signed and commissioned. In the premises, I find no competent application for consideration.
I hereby strike out the pleadings as filed for being incompetent and lack of authentication.
