RULING

  1. The application dated 18th February, 2025 is hereby compromised by consent by the following orders;
  2. Both the Appellant and the Respondent will not interfere and/or utilize the suit property pending the hearing and determination of the Appeal.
  3. The Respondent is also directed not to transfer, charge and/or interfere with the ownership documents or registration of the suit property pending the hearing and determination of the Appeal.
  4. The costs of this application will abide the outcome of the main Appeal.
