I have considered the contents of the application, dated 18th May 2026, in which the Applicant seeks to arrest the ruling scheduled for 28th May 2026 and, in the alternative, to issue interim injunctive orders, thereby restraining the Plaintiff/Respondent, either by itself or through its servants, agents, employees, assigns, hoodlums, and/or any other persons acting under its instructions, from trespassing, entering, fencing, surveying, constructing upon, demolishing structures, leasing, alienating, and/or interfering with Land Reference Number 28068/79 in any manner whatsoever. The Applicant further seeks that the Plaintiff/Respondent be cited for contempt and/or restrained for violating the status quo orders issued on 19th March 2026.
