The Applicants herein vide Notice of Motion dated 31st July 2024 sought that the subject child herein be placed in their care as the subject is free for adoption having been abandoned and given to them by Buckner Adaption Agency on 28th July 2022.
The Application is supported by the statement of Richard Okero Mosora, Reports by Buckner Kenya Adoption Services dated 13th March, 2023 and 28th August, 2023 as well as the supporting Affidavit sworn by Mercy Kerubo Advocate.
This court has considered the Application and there being no objection and the Applicants having gone through all required processes the application is allowed as prayed.
