'1. I have carefully considered the application dated 21st July 2025, brought under Order 9 Rule 9 of the Civil Procedure Rules. The application has been served on Ms. Ndichu and Associates Advocates, who are the previous counsel representing the respondents. The application has equally been served upon Prof. Tom Ojienda and Associates Advocates, as evidenced by the affidavit of service sworn on 30th July 2025.
