JUDGEMENT

  1. By consent, the Plaint dated 15.07.2022 is settled in the following manner;
  2. A declaration is hereby made that the property known as Eldoret Municipality Block 14/312 belongs to the Plaintiff.
  3. A declaration be and is hereby made that the Defendant interference with the Plaintiff property known as Eldoret Municpality Block 14/312 is unlawful.
  4. A permanent injunction be and is hereby issued restraining the Defendant, his agents, servants, employees and/or any other person acting on his instructions for interfering with the quite occupation and possession of the Plaintiff property known as Eldoret Municipality Block 14/312 forthwith.
  5. Each party will bear its own costs.
  6. The file is hereby closed.
