The Court has reviewed and considered the application dated 24th March, 2026 and finds it merited. There was indeed an error in the original judgment delivered on 13th March, 2026 regarding the computation of overtime at paragraph 35 of the judgment. The calculation is therefore corrected to read Kshs. 355,030 instead of Kshs. 287,574.30. As a result, the total award for overtime is revised from Kshs. 486, 474.00 as contained in the original judgment to Kshs. 553,930.00.
