I have considered the notice of motion dated 24/7/2024, and the affidavit in support thereof sworn by Polycarp Juma Juma on even date and I do note that the Applicant craves for admission to bail pending appeal yet no evidence of the existence of any appeal has been adduced.
In any event if at all the Applicant has already preferred any appeal to the Court of Appeal, then he ought to move that court for his admission to bail and not this court.
In light of the observation made hereinabove I do find that this application is devoid of merit and I thus dismiss it with no orders as to costs.
