I have gone through this Miscellaneous Suit originated through the motion dated 26 September 2024.

The motion is a non-starter.

If the applicants want to be joined as parties in Kisii ELCA No. E011 of 2023 then they need to file an application within that suit and not file a Miscellaneous Suit for such orders. 

For the above reasons this Miscellaneous Suit and the motion dated 26 September 2024 are hereby dismissed. 

There will be no orders as to costs.
