I have perused the Petition and the Notice of Motion presented under a certificate of urgency. The Petition is similar to Petition No. E007 filed in the same court. Petition E007 was mentioned before C. Kariuki J on 6/5/24. The court directed that that Petition be mentioned on 22/5/24 for directions. The 1st and 2nd Respondents were to undertake not to harrass the Petitioners. This court was moved for conservatory orders when prima facie evidence of breach of that undertaking was presented. The conservatory orders are in place in that Petition. Within this background, its only fitting that these matters be mentioned together for further directions. I wii grant a conservatory order pending mention on 6/6/24. In the meantime, parties to consider a consolidation of the matters.
