RULING

  1. The application dated 26.05.2025 is hereby allowed and the Hon. Attorney General is joined as the 3rd Defendant.
  2. The Petitioner is directed to Amended the Petition dated 20.05.2024 within 7 days and serve on the 3rd Respondent.
  3. The 3rd Respondent will be given 14 days upon service to prepare, file and serve their Response to the main Petition.
  4. The Petitioner will have leave of 7 days upon service of the Response to the Petition to file and serve any further affidavit in need be.
  5. The matter will be mentioned 08.07.2025 to confirm compliance and take directions on the hearing of the Petition.
  6. There will be no orders as to costs.
