RULING

  1. The application dated 20th December, 2024 is hereby allowed in the following manner;
  2. Pending the hearing and determination of this Petition, a Conservatory Order do issue suspending and/or staying the Gazette Notice No.12825 published by the 2nd Respondent on the 4th October, 2024.
  3. The Petitioner and Interested Party will continue paying the old rates pending the hearing and determination of this Petition and in the event any party fails to pay their bill based on the old rates, the 1st Respondent is at liberty to disconnect the meters.
  4. Costs of the application will abide the outcome of the main Petition.
