The Applicant's dated application dated 06.2023 is made under section 36 of the Arbitration Act. The application is not opposed and the time for setting aside has elapsed. The application is allowed on terms that the Award dated 14.11.2023 is adopted as judgment of this court and leave is granted for enforcement as a decree.
The Respondent shall pay costs of the application assessed at Kshs. 40,000.
