This is a family related matter.
Probation order is recommended.
The sentence is revised to Probation Supervision Order for 3 years.
In addition the offender is to attend counselling at the nearest Sub County Hospital. The Probation Officer to ensure the necessary referrals.
The order is dependant on the offenders good conduct.
