RULING

1. Based on the application by the 1st and 2nd Defendants and a perusal of the Judgement dated 3.02.2025, it is true that there is an error on the face of the Judgement which refers the 1^st Defendant''s property to be L.R Transmara/Kimintet “C”/75 instead of L.R No. Transmara/Kimintet “C”/34.
2. Consequently therefore, this court hereby reviews Order No.B (I) & (II)  in the Judgement dated 3.02.2025 to read as follows;
3. The 1^st Defendant is the legitimate and lawful owner of the property known as L.R TRANSMARA/KIMINTET”C”/34.
4. The Plaintiff is directed to relocate, vacate and/or Hand Over Possession of any portion or the entire property known as L.R No. TRANSMARA/KIMINTET”C”/34 to the 1st Defendant within 90 days from the date of this Judgement.
