A party who wishes to set aside a Statutory Demand must file an application to set aside it aside with the time limited by the Insolvency Regulation which is within 21 days. The Company has merely filed grounds of objection. As the Company has not made any application to set aside the statutory demand there is nothing further to determine in the matter. The file is therefore closed.
