This matter coming for revision of sentence.
Upon perusal of the record and the Sentence Review Report, the PACS has expressed difficulties in the supervision of the offender. he has served 2 years of the 6years term imposed which with remission is 4 years.
the offender served 2 years imprisonment for a similar offence in 2016.
The remainder of the sentenced is revised to 3 years imprisonment. The remaining one year is suspended subject to the good conduct of the offender.
He is to be released from custody upon the explanation that the remainder of his sentence is suspended for one year.
