I have read the applicant's application dated 24 July 2025, filed under a certificate of urgency of the same date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent, considering that the impugned judgment was delivered way back in December 2024. In these circumstances, I direct that the application be served for mention for directions before the presiding judge on 4 August 2025. It is so ordered.
