I have looked at the Applicants' Ex parte Chamber Summons application that was dated 11th July 2024 and filed on 12th July 2024 and the Supporting Affidavit of Pamela Mbagaya Kimwele, the 2nd Applicant herein, that was sworn on 11th July 2024 and the enclosures therein and hereby grant payer No (2) of the said application. Costs of the application will be in the cause. This file to be registered as a JR Miscellaneous application if not already done so and the same to be closed forthwith to avoid confusion at the time the substantive pleadings are being filed.
