COURT:- Having considered the oral arguments of learned Counsels and having considered the material placed before this Court, I am satisfied that there is need to grant a temporary order to maintain the status quo. Ruling on the two applications to be delivered on 20/11/2025. In the meantime, an order suspending the sale scheduled for 29/10/2025 of L.R. No.631/1582(Minasa Centre John Kerich Road) and Kericho Municipality Block 2/80 ACK Business Centre is granted to last until 20/11/2025.
