'1. The Amended application dated 18th October 2025 is hereby allowed as prayed. If Mr. Bosire Advocate had wanted to file a further affidavit, and written submissions, he ought to have informed this Court on 30th October 2025 when he personally appeared before me for hearing of the application, but he was not ready to proceed then despite having been served with a hearing notice by the applicant. The hearing of the application was adjourned on that day and rescheduled for hearing today.
2. The application now being made by Counsel holding brief by Mr. Bosire can only be a delaying tactic intended not to have this matter finalized.
3. The respondents’ replying affidavit sworn on 25th March 2025 addresses issues that this Court determined in its Ruling of 3rd October 2025.
