1. This court has had a deep dive into the issues pertaining to the two petitions while it was considering the consolidation application. Considering it has prepared a ruling on consolidation application, which is ready, but which is overtaken by events due to delivery of judgment in one of the matters hence cannot deliver the same, it feels that the best approach would be to recuse itself to enable a fresh mind to take over the hearing of this case.
2. I thus, order that this file be placed before the Presiding Judge of this Division on 30th September, 2025 for re-allocation and/or further directions.
