RULING
I have perused the Notice of Motion dated 28/4/2025 together with the Supporting Affidavit. The applicant is seeking Judgment in the sum of Kshs. 283,015/20 being the taxed advocates'' costs awarded to the applicant and certified by the Deputy Registrar on 3/4/2025. The application was served upon the respondents, but they did not respond to the same. In the absence of any opposition to the application and having satisfied myself that the ruling on the taxation of the advocate/client bill of costs delivered on 3/4/2025 has not been set aside or varied, I allow the application.
Judgment is entered for the applicant against the respondents in the sum of Kshs. 283,015/20 together with interest at the rate of 14% per annum with effect from 24/3/2024 until payment in full.
