1. I have considered the Notice of Motion dated 27th October 2025 by the Decree Holder, supported by the affidavit of Ouma Maurice Otieno sworn on the same date, and the replying affidavit sworn on 5th December 2025 by Cerere Kihoro, Legal Counsel for the Garnishee, Safaricom PLC. The Garnishee confirms that the Judgment Debtor operates Mpesa Till Number 4106404 and that it holds funds on its behalf. No response was filed by the Judgment Debtor despite due service.
2. The Garnishee Order Absolute is hereby issued against the Garnishee.
3. The Garnishee is directed to pay KES 239,882.64 to the Decree Holder from Mpesa Till Number 4106404.
