                                             RULING

1. This is a notice of motion application dated 12^th February 2024, seeking entry of judgment in terms of the certificate of taxation dated 15^th February 2024.
2. I have read the affidavit of service sworn on 1^st October 2024. The respondent was served but did not file a response. The respondent has also not attended court hence the application is not opposed.
3. I have seen the certificate of taxation dated 15^/ 2/ 2024. The taxing officer taxed the advocate-client bill of costs and ascertained the costs payable to the advocate being Kshs. 202,854.
4. There being no opposition to the application and the certificate of costs having not been challenged or set aside, the application dated 12/2/2024 is allowed.  Judgment is herby entered for the advocate against the client in the sum of Kshs. 202,854. The advocate shall have interest at 14% from 1/2/2024 until payment in full. The advocate shall also have costs of the application.

Orders accordingly.
