I have considered the applicant's application dated 15 December 2025, filed under a certificate of Urgency of even date. The grounds upon which the application is made appeal to me to be more of grounds for appeal against the order I made on 3 December 2020 than grounds for review. Accordingly, I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. This matter shall proceed as earlier directed on 20 April 2026. It is so ordered
