RULING
- The Court has perused the Affidavit of Service dated 05/06/2024 by one Jacob Obae and confirm proper service was effected for both the application and the substantive plaint.
- The Respondents in the pending application have not filed any response to the same.
- In view of the above, the application dated 05/06/2024 is not opposed.
- An order of injunction be and is hereby granted to the Plaintiff/Applicant prohibiting the Defendants in their own capacity or through their agents, servants and/or employees from renting and/or trespassing on the property known as L.R No. Transmara/Oloirien/4999, 501 & 502 including grazing on the same or in any other way interfering with the quiet occupation and use by the Plaintiff/Applicant herein.
- The area OCS is hereby directed to ensure the order issued hereinabove is complied.
