Upon considering the notice of motion dated 29th July 2024, the supporting affidavit of Oscar Onyango sworn on even date and the enclosures therein and noting that there is no opposition thereto by the respondent albeit served as demonstrated by the return of service sworn on 3/10/2024. I do hereby allow the application and I make the following orders;
1) The certificate of costs dated 12.6.2024 for a sum of Ksh 96,169.70 is hereby adopted as a judgment of this court.
2) The said sum shall attract interest at the rate of 14% from 12.6.2024 until payment in full.
3) The applicant is awarded costs of this application assessed at Ksh. 10,000.
