RULING

  1. The Applicant was charged and convicted on his plea of guilty for the offence of misconduct of a conductor contrary to Rule 66(1) as dead with Rule 69 of the Traffic Act Cap 403 Laws of Kenya.
  2. A sentence review report by Jacob Mwangi reported that the Applicant has completed his sentence. His earliest expected day of release was 25th September, 2024.
  3. Having considered the Sentence Review Report, and the fact that the applicant has already been released, the events have already been passed by time and therefore, the Application is dismissed.
