RULING
1. The Court is being requested to confirm the matter as urgent and also issue an interim injunction to stop the sale scheduled for 24/4/2026.
2. In response the Defendants submits that the plaintiff is not the registered owner of the properties. That there is a history of litigation around the assets scheduled for Public Auction.
3. In circumstances like this, the Court is of the view that it is best to hear all parties before it makes any interim orders. This is to avoid making conflicting orders or orders that may embarrass the Court.
4. The Court issues the following orders#.
5. Let all the Defendants file and serve their Replying Affidavit within the next 14 days.
6. Let the Applicant file and serve a Supplementary Affidavit (if any) and Submissions within 14 days.
7. Let the Respondents file the submissions within 14 days.
8. Mention on 8/7/2026 by consent.
