' Ruling
1. Upon the Petitioner''s/ Applicant''s Chambers Summons dated 29th August 2025 coming up for hearing ex parte on the twin prayers for certification as urgent and admission for hearing during the High Court Recess of the applicant''s Substantive Notice of Motion dated 19.8.2025, as per the prayers in the Chamber Summons, I am yet to encounter any Motion of that date wherefore I am unable to admit a non existent Notice of Motion.
2. The application herein is thus struck out with no orders as to costs.
3. Whereas this matter had already been fixed for mention on 18th September 2025 before High Court No 1, I have since been notified that my sister Lady Justice Rose Ougo shall be engaged elsewhere on official duties on that date wherefore the directions made on 20th August 2025 are hereby varied, to the extent that this matter shall be mentioned on 24th September 2025 before High Court No1 for purposes of taking directions.
