1. I have seen the affidavit of service sworn on 27th November 2025 confirming that the respondent was served with the application dated 10th November 2025 and with the directions of 24th November 2025.
2. No response has been filed by the respondent to the application dated 10th November 2025. That being the case, I enter Judgment in the sum of Kshs.26,369,067.13 in favour of the applicant as against the respondent as per the certificate of taxation dated 11th November 2025.
3. I also award interest to the applicant at 14% p.a., from 5th July 2025 until payment in full.
4. Costs of the application are awarded to the applicant.
