The application dated 07.12.2022 is incompetent and is struck out for failure of the advocate failing to seek leave to come on record once the suit had been dismissed. The dismissal of the suit amounts to a judgment for purposes of Order 9 rule 9 of the Civil Procedure Rules. Costs shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
