I have considered the applicant's application dated 16 May 2025 filed under a certificate of urgency dated 22 May 2025. A conditional stay was granted on 2 April 2025 in the presence of both the parties. That being the case, it can only be varied once the application for such variation has been served and the respondent accorded opportunity to be heard. In the circumstances, I direct that the application mentioned on 9 June 2025 as earlier scheduled. It is so ordered.
