I have considered the application dated 10 July 2025 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satsifed that the applcaition is urgent. I direct that the same be served for hearing on 22 October 2025. Parties are at liberty to file and exchange written submissions before then. In the meantime, a stay of execution is granted on condition that the applicants deposit either in court or in an interest-earning bank account in the joint names of the parties' respective counsel half the decretal sum as security for the performance of the decree within thirty days of the date of this order. It is so ordered.
