RULING
1. Based on the fact that there is an inhibition which has been issued, the threat to sale has been mitigated.
2. Consequently, pending the hearing and determination of the suit, the inhibition order issued on the 09.07.2025 will remain in force pending the hearing and determination of the main suit or when further directions will be issued by the Court.
3. The costs of the application will abide the outcome of the main suit.
