The application dated 24.08.2021 is allowed on terms that Summons shall issue to the directors of the Judgment debtor; Stanley Njogu Hosea Karari and Peter Macharia Gachoko to attend court for oral cross-examination on the means of the Company and to produce for examination by the Judgment Creditor and the court all books of account and relevant documents of the company.
