This matter is before me for purposes of revision under the decongestion exercise by the Judiciary vide memo dated 13th March 2024.
The offender was sentenced to 2 years imprisonment for possession of cannabis sativa valued at ksh 3500 on 24th Jan 2023. He was however arrested on 26th December 2022. He has already served one year. PACs recommends 4 months CSO at TAWA Subcounty Hospital under the supervision of Zacheus Nyamai.
The recommendation is accepted.
A CSO to issue accordingly.
