1. The court has considered the application on record as submissions by the learned counsels and it is hereby directed as follows:
2. That the application dated 26th April, 2024 is allowed on condition that the appellant deposits the amount of KShs.38,200/- in a joint interest earning account in the name of both counsel within 14 days from today. The record of appeal be filed and served within 30 days.
3. Directions on the appeal on 10th July, 2024.
4. In default of security being paid, the stay orders shall lapse automatically and the respondent will be at liberty to execute.
