UPON CONSIDERING the Mediation Settlement Agreement dated 15th July 2024 which has been duly executed by the parties,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: -
a) The Mediation Settlement Agreement dated 15th July 2024 and duly executed by the parties is hereby adopted as an order of this Court.
b) This suit is hereby marked as settled in terms of the Mediation Settlement Agreement dated 15th July 2024.
c) Each party to bear own costs of the suit.
d) This file is closed.
