UPON CONSIDERING the certificate of urgency dated 16th July 2024 which has been supported by the affidavit sworn by Ndamo Mwandara Bechiriro, the applicant herein, this court hereby issues the following orders;
1. No urgency has been demonstrated in the said application since the alleged events relating to the interference by one Kimani Kugu has been happening since 3rd May 2023.
2. The matter shall be placed for further directions on 25th September 2024 before Justice A. Dena.
