1. I have considered the Chamber Summons application dated 28 January 2024.
2. I note that the same is not opposed.
3. An affidavit in support of the application has been filed detailing the various reasons that counsel relies upon to cease acting for his client. Further, an affidavit of service has been filed as evidence that the said application was duly served on his client, the party herein.
4. I find it appropriate to allow the application as prayed for.
