THIS MATTER coming up on 5th June 2023 under Certificate of Urgency on the Notice of Motion application dated 31st May 2023 before Honorable Lady Justice F. Mugambi AND UPON READING the supporting affidavit thereto, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. THAT the time for registration of the legal charge dated the 8th December 2022 created by Dalsun Investments Ltd. over Property Land Reference Number: 36/III/ 67 in favour of National Bank of Kenya Limited be and is hereby extended for 30 days from the date of this orders.
