RULING
1. The Respondents herein have approached this court vide a Notice of Motion dated 14Th August 2026, supported by an affidavit of Fredrick K Mungai, and premised upon the provisions of inter alia Order 9 Rule 9 of the Civil Procedure Rules, wherein they crave for leave to change their advocates on record from Julius Juma & Company Advocates and Mungu & Company Advocates to Ngatia & Associates.
2. Mr Fredirck K Mungai has deposed that the respondents’ advocates currently on record have duly consented to the proposed change of advocates.
3. I have during checked the CTS and I have confirmed that a consent to change advocates dated 13.8.2026 has been filed and as such this application is well merited, wherefore I allow it and I proceed to make the following orders;
i) THAT the Respondents/Applicants are hereby granted this Court’s leave to change their advocates from Julius Juma & Company Advocates and Mungu & Company Advocates to Ngatia & Associates.
ii) The Respondents shall bear their own costs of this application.
